HI.. have you guys brought these vehicles in so service can get a look at them?? I am not a mechanic so I cant tell you what the cause is, but I can tell you that I had the same issue with the engine light and it turned out that my gas cap was bad and not making a good seal causing air in the fuel line which made the light come on. I replaced the gas cap and next time I filled up and turned the car on.. light was gone!!! I hope the same works for you but eother way id suggest bring it to their service department and asking them to look at it.
Well me myself put down $3,000 and got a 2017 Dodge Journey

I did not like the finance is very badly spoken does not know how to serve people and treated me badly now that I went through my badges again and they say they can not get anything for me since the trade is in my power so he told me the finances that was not their problem not if I bought the troca to you as I can not get the plates thieves get the my plates is all already going for 2 months and the troca without plates h pa high I can not deliver it so be careful if you buy at Midway Dodge do not fall down too ok that's happening to me so fix them well do not buy cars here they sell it and then note the plates ojjoooo
Beware of the seating. The food was good but there are some visitors that can definitely ruin the experience due to bad manners.. Loud talking, burping and crying babies.. Must be the south side peeps i suppose.. :/
Being with my husband on a nice sunny day enjoying a expensive meal for one person. But it was sure filling to me. He wanted more first time eating lobster, yuck never again...
Always a nice time at Red Lobster. We love the biscuits. My kids non seafood eaters had steak and mac and cheese
I understand it’s Friday and every where is busy. However our visit tonight for 3 adults and 1 child was bad to say the least. We waited over almost two hours (1hr and 45min) to be seated. And we were told the wait would be 45 min when we got there. We should of been told that the wait would be longer than an hour, instead we got it’ll be 15 more minutes or there’s two more parties ahead of you or a blank stare. They had plenty of empty tables however a lot of them went unused. Once we were seated, we got our drink order taken and ordered mozzarella sticks. We received only two of the 5 drinks we ordered. We ordered our food, ate it and still no drinks. We saw her after we ordered maybe once more and that was all. I was extremely disappointed with the service here today and it’s such a shame because my husband and I had our first dates here and always loved it. For sure it is no longer a place we would come back to. Especially since we never even got biscuits!!
Mother's day order was a disaster!!! My husband was at Red Lobster 5 hours waiting for the order, the manager was no help. He was told several times it would be soon 45 minutes, which always turned longer. Once he got home the appetizer was missing. By that time they were closed .
I usually dine in at this location but I did carry out. I got home and I was missing food from my order. I called, someone put me on hold and never returned. I tried calling back three times but stayed on hold each time with no one answering the phone. My order was not cheap and I don't appreciate no one answering the phone after I called that many times to get what I paid for. I won't be back. This happened tonight and I didn't have time to go back cause they close at 9:30pm.
The server was very kind and willing to make sure her guest were satisfied. Originally my fiancee was suppose to had been sung to for his birthday. I guess because it was near closing and quite busy no one came to him although I heard others being sung too. So I mentioned this to my server and she obliged us. That was very nice, and she got a nice tip beyond the asking. Kindness can draw unexpected blessings.
My family really enjoyed our meal! Our waiter Ted was EXCELLENT! He made sure that everyone was given what they wanted and served accordingly! My experience was great because of our waiter!

Took my father here to eat for his birthday. He said it's his favorite place. it was my first time visiting the establishment there wasn't a wait we were seated right away the waitress was very friendly the food was really good I enjoyed myself I would definitely go back, the drink I had was delicious and since it was thier anniversary I got to take the glass home....
The shrimps taste like they were preheated they were soft and nasty first time that I ever had food like that from there it's usually very good but not today
The wait staff were polite and fast. Food was hot and cooked to perfection. Great spot for date or night out with the family.
Use their catering for Mothers Day. Food never arrived. Never again! And on Mothers day! Thank God for Mickeys. I wish I could give zero stars.
I had an enjoyable time with my daughter at Red Lobster. I also enjoyed my meal. I always enjoy the Chesapeake Bay Biscuits. The waitress was helpful, served our food not having a long wait at all. Even the other waitresses were especially kind. And for the Manager to come by our table and ask if everything was alright, greeting us, I was very impressed. I will come again.

The biscuits are the only reason this place gets 4 stars. It is a chain, and is pretty standard, but whatever sorcery allowed this place to have the biscuits it does, is worth the 4 stars. It is out of the way, and don't get me wrong, the seafood is not bad at all, but the biscuits are the star here. Anyone says otherwise, we will have a healthy debate on that matter
Im giving it only three stars because I'm not a fan of seafood. I went there to take my girlfriend out to dinner. She loved it and enjoyed every bite. The only issue was the lobster was a little over cooked. The service was satisfactory and the environment was peaceful. Clean and well maintained.
Came here for my nephew's graduation. We called 45 minutes before we came and was told if we got there 8n 30 minutes they would be able to handle the part of 16 that we had. LIESSSSS!! WE got there and wait over a hour and 30 minutes to be seated. Them another hour for food!! Crazy just crazy!! Over 2 hours to wait for some food. I could have cooked my nephew a diner in that time. But I do want to tell the bartender thank you cause my lobsterita was amazing!! Sorry I didnt get a picture!!
I really enjoyed myself and Red Lobster. They give you so much food for the money ...and the food is fantastic... I'm speaking of one particular on 52nd and Pulaski I would give it five stars. But I'm afraid I have to deduct one because I had to wait a long time. Other than that.. beautiful.oh... to be fair It was Sunday. And the place was packed with hungry customers like myself.
I ordered rock lobter tail. It was over cooked. Real bad I couldn't eat it. It taste like rubber. Omg too much money I had spent for nothing 3 more people came with me. The frozen margarita was real good. And the bread..
Our server Nicolette was great. I love Red lobster already but it's always a better experience when you have an attentive server who knows the menu and can recommend dishes based small talk. And not to mention with a beautiful smile. This is why I love this location!
My wife and I decided to treat ourselves to a good date to reignite the flame of our love. We chose this location and it was an awesome experience. The waiter was so welcoming and was all smiles through out our order even tho I unintentionally had to keep her waiting as i went to the car to help get my wife’s phone. The meal was good asides the rice which i didnt quite enjoy but my wife enjoyed hers. Above all, this place has a very welcoming ambience and nice aura.

We came here on Sunday night and they were busy. They told us to wait 45 minutes for a table or we could order to go and have our food in 20-30 minutes. We chose to have our food to go and made an order. An hour and a half later, we were handed our food. No apologies for the wait. No offers for a drink of water while we waited. No form of customer service either. Nobody checked on us or even said 2 words. We sure got the side eye when we didn't tip for the to go order though... Not really sure why.
It was my teenagers first time at red lobster and he loved it. Waitress was very funny and helpful. As always the cheddar biscuits were delicious along with everything else. My son really loved the butterfly shrimp and I love the garlic shrimp. We will definitely be back soon.
You can never go wrong with Red Lobster... except for this Red Lobster. Employees are inconsiderate and rude to customers. Went here last month and was told the wait was going to be about 30 minutes... OK that’s fair no problem the food will be great! 50 minutes later after sitting down on the most uncomfortable bench in the world, we ask and they said they called us a while ago??? OK whatever now on the way to the table, there are like 50 other tables that are free and like 10 employees are chilling in the front? LOL I understand that people call in sick and not as many tables can be served but why not tell that to the customer? “Hey all of our employees are in the front today, not the tables in the back so the wait will be longer than usual”... that response would have been nice to hear so that we could have went somewhere else instead. The food was greasy and the biscuits were awful. My autistic brother can make better food than anyone here.
Dined here for my birthday. Our waitress was Shay!! She was quite lovely! Very attentive and friendly. She was knowledgeable and warm! She sang happy birthday to me with the most BEAUTIFUL voice while presenting a candle lit chocolate wave. This was the best experience! The food was delicious and the wait was not long at all. I'm very grateful. I hope to return soon and request Shay!
Take out service was good, food was great. But no utensils, napkins, or wet wipes were given with our order. That's why only four stars.
I generally don’t like Red Lobster. There are far better options for seafood. I certainly avoid Red Lobsters in urban areas. They’re indubitably trash. The more rural, the better. But today, someone I love requested that I bring them Red Lobster. I chose the most urban one to go to out or convenience. Big mistake. They’re understaffed and when I asked about the status of my to go order, I got babbling lies. First the orders were coming out in queue. Then they didn’t have my queue. Then the cook just clocked in and is counting the tickets. 30 mins after ordering, it hadn’t even been started. This ended with me leaving because I don’t pay for bad service
My first time and is the greatest seafood place. Also, the waiter called Jackie is the nicest person there❤👍👍 The food was amazing the steak was good. And the drinks are good. Thank you for being nice.
Great food, had the surachi honey shrimp in the endless shrimp menu... Awesome sauce! Staff courteous and a great help will definitely be going back
The food was amazing, we ordered the Maine lobster and sirloin $ 24.49 and a full lobster for $27.99 + fries and caesar salad, totally worth it. The drinks were good too, we try the tropical white sangria, Bahama mama, and old fashioned. Every time that I came to this location the service it was terrible but today Diamanique make the difference she was an amazing server; always with a great attitude that helps us to have a great experience.
Reasonable prices with good food and good portions. The best basket of warm cheddar biscuits served free with refills. Not Pappadeaux's, but much closer. Wait staff was courteous and polite. Plenty of seating and a bar.
I have been going to Red Lobster since I was little kid. The order that I received today on July 16th 2020 was horrible. First of all my order was wrong instead of them telling me they waited until my order was on his way. Second of all I just threw up all of my food so beware that these companies are either not properly cooking the food or nit leeping the food at the right temperature.I'm from New Orleans I have never ever ever gotten sick off Seafood like I did today. I will no longer be ordering anything from this restaurant and I will be reporting Red Lobster to FDA. Spoke to a manger claiming she wasnt the manager.
Very good service from start to finish. My first time here, in fact my first time at a lobster restaurant period. I enjoyed it all. We had quite a few dietary preferences and all were delt with swiftly.
Horrible service, did receive everything that we ordered, bathroom not cleaned and the place smelled like mold.
Staff and menu was very much to my liking... Waiter showed us to our seats and he knew exactly where i wanted to sit very strange it was my man birthday and everything we ordered was perfect i had the ultimate feast with loaded baked potatoe and broccoli he had lobster, shrimp, grilled salmon with baked potatoe and salad plus biscuits yum and double birthday dessert he had a beer i had the lobster lover's punch with rum omggg😍
Why do I continue to do this to myself? Went to Red Lobster with no expectations, per usual, but somehow this trip really put the icing on the cake in terms of terrible service. I won't even waste my time giving a lengthy review on Red Lobster because you already know. I'll just say this, waited for 20min to order drinks and apps, waited an additional 20 min to receive said drinks and 5 min later apps were delivered at the same time as everything else we ordered. No pacing to the meal, complained and was met with ineptitude at best! Had to hold items in hand and consistently move other items around the very crowded table to create room to eat our meal. At the end of the day, not a good experience, but hey, Its Red Lobster!
I place a order today may 10 online for delivering and never received it 90 dollars I called the store for 5 hours nobody never answered

I have frequented this location for over at decade and I am very sad tonight. A month ago I ordered a whole chocolate wave cake and it was a hit with my family. On7/10/20 I ordered another whole chocolate wave cake for my mom's birthday yesterday. My mom decided she wanted salmon for her birthday dinner so after leaving work at 3 today, I ordered the salmon (New Orleans) meal. After dinner, I brought the cake to the living room to add candles so our family could sing happy birthday to my 72 year old mother. The cake had already been opened with about six slices missing. I've taken a video of what we saw and hope this is somehow reconciled. Not quite the birthday ending we anticipated. Disappointed.
Crab legs taste less than fresh... when notified server, she offered replacement... but I don't trust it will come from a different batch. Lobster, shrimp, sides were good.
This is the line for people with mobile orders. MOBILE ORDERS. All paid ahead. Yet they still haven’t people wait outside to tell them what car they’re in. And then they bring food to car. I’ve been waiting for 2hours and 50 minutes, and still waiting for food. Everyone is next to eachother. We Should be doing curbside and not being so close to eachother

Today I felt so sorry for staff and patrons inpatient was high but I stood in line for my preorder and paid on line meal fora a 1 pm pick up. Well the 12 and 12:30 hadn't received there preorder folks was cursing ang tempers flaring the thing I could do is pray it was mothers day no one was gonna soil it got my food at 2 thank you Jesus for my mother's day dinner.
I loved our SERVER "GIL" he was the best of the BEST top notch, plenty attention to details, very pleasant, GREAT follow up, terrific Customer Service, Every need met, Thank You, Thank You young man "GIL" keep up the great work.
